🧭 About the Role
As a Light Duty Driver, you’ll be more than just a driver—you’ll be an ambassador for the Europcar brand. Your role is to ensure every customer receives a vehicle that is clean, safe, and delivered on time. We’re looking for someone calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and eager to be part of a team that strives for excellence—every time.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare vehicles (inside and out) to meet our top-tier standards.
Perform quality control checks, report expired licenses or maintenance concerns.
Refuel and inspect vehicles (tyres, oil, fluids) after each rental.
Deliver and collect vehicles as per schedule and procedure.
Conduct vehicle handovers and check-ins professionally and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the premises and uphold brand image.
Follow ethical standards while protecting company assets.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by management.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
1.Education: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent.
2.Experience: At least 2 years of proven driving experience.
3.License: Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (held for at least 2 years).
4.Additional: Basic computer literacy, ability to read a map.
Note: Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
