📋 Job Summary
Business Unit: Arnot Power Station (Mpumalanga)
Position/Task Grade: YY1
Department: Human Resources (placements across various Eskom divisions)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Selected candidates will be placed in different Eskom operations nationwide, gaining real-world exposure to electricity, energy, and power generation environments.
✅ Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
Be a South African citizen.
Be between 18 – 34 years old.
Have completed Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
Hold a post-matric certificate/programme (advantageous but not mandatory).
Be unemployed and not studying full-time in 2025.
Not have been permanently employed for more than 1 year with a single employer.
Not have previously participated in the YES Initiative.
