SAIPA Trainee Accountant
Full job description
Position entails a three year SAIPA learnership accredited by FASSET .
Trainees will be provided with practical training and assigned to a mentor for the first year .Trainees will be exposed to preparing management accounts, annual financial statements , cash books and bank reconciliations , calculation of vat, payroll , EMP501 submissions, income tax and efiling submissions.
Software packages utilised by the firm include accounting packages Xero , Pastel , Caseware , SAGE VIP, Greatsoft Etax and Draftworx .
Candidates must have completed an appropriate accounting or finance degree or diploma in accounting at a reputable recognised instituition.Computer literate with working knowledge of excel , word and microsoft office .
Candidates duties include gaining exposure to the competencies required by the SAIPA training program over the period of the learnership .

Pay: R5 500,00 – R8 500,00 per month
