As a Sales Associate at The FIX, you will:
Be a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions to exceed expectations.
Actively monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest fashion and décor trends to provide expert advice.
Proactively seek out new sales opportunities within the store.
Support the team with stock replenishment, ensuring products are always available.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service delivery.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
—Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential).
—Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
