📌 Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with General Merchandise standards and safety regulations.
Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and workplace safety (floor and storage).
Follow security procedures and minimize shrinkage/wastage.
Rotate stock, remove expired/damaged products, and conduct quality checks.
Ensure correct pricing and labeling of products.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting, advising, and engaging with shoppers.
Demonstrate urgency and efficiency in completing tasks.
Perform routine duties at consistently high standards.
Stay flexible and willing to work shifts as per operational requirements.
✅ Job Requirements
1.Minimum Grade 10 (Grade 12 is advantageous).
2.Ability to communicate effectively in English.
3.Must pass assessments and competency-based interviews.
4.Willingness to undergo credit and criminal checks.
5.Must have a valid South African ID (attach copy when applying).
6.Reside near Pick n Pay Norwood Hyper.
7.Must be flexible, willing to work shifts and possibly transfer between stores.
