Description
Afrika Tikkun Services, in collaboration with corporate partnerbToyota South Africa, offers the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme—a 12-month initiative designed to provide young South Africans with valuable work experience in various sectors, including the automotive industry.
The YES Programme aims to address youth unemployment by equipping participants with practical skills and on-the-job training. Over the course of a year, participants are placed in entry-level positions where they gain exposure to real-world work environments, enhancing their employability and preparing them for future career opportunities.
Requirements
- Possess a Grade 12/Matric certificate; a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Not have previously participated in a YES Programme.
- Be willing to commit to the full 12-month duration.
