Necsa Learning Academy APPRENTICESHIP Vacancies
Necsa Learning Academy would like to invite unemployed youth to apply for the APPRENTICESHIP training program in following OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE/TRADE :
OC : BOILERMAKER OC :WELDER OC : Tollmaker
OC : Electrician OC : Instrumentation OC : Millwright
OC : Fitter &Turner OC : Mechanical Fitter OC : Metal Machinist
NECSA Learning Academy (NLA) Is a nationally Recognized and Accredited skills development Provider focused on professional and technical skills development.
Minimum Requirements:
1.NQF LEVEL 4(GRADE 12) with Maths and Science or
2.N2-N6 with 4 subjects and relevant trade theory included or
3.Technical Matric With Math, Science and Relevant trade theory included or
4.NCV Level 3/4 Engineering certificate with 7 Subjects and relevant trade theory included.
In Addition to the Above minimum requirements candidates should also meet the following requirements:
1.Technical knowledge
2.Must be able to work in a Team
3.Appointments to those positions are dependent on successful completion of screening protocols, such as being declared medically Fit, security clearance, Qualifications verification, and Technical assessment
4.Interviews will be conducted to all successful candidates

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CV’s must be accompanied by a certified copy of identity document, certificates and proof of
residence.
The successful applicant will be appointed on a section 18.2 for a three years period.
The applicant must be between 18 to 35 years
Successful candidates will receive formal training and on-the-job training to accredited service
Provider /company that partnering with Necsa.
Only South Africa citizens will be considered for these opportunities.

NB. This opportunity is for individuals who have not participated/funded by NSF in a previous
apprenticeship program.

Only applicants from the following 7 provinces will be considered for Apprenticeship:
Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape and North West
only.
BENEFITS:
Accommodation will be provided during training.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of their contracts.
No deviation to the minimum criteria will be accommodated.
