📦 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work across various warehouse and supply-chain functions, including but not limited to:
✔ Client and Operational Understanding
Learn, understand, and internalize client requirements to meet service expectations.
Assist in maintaining operational efficiency by following all set procedures.
✔ Warehouse Equipment & Safety Knowledge
Gain expertise in handling warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, scanners, etc.)
Identify equipment defects and report them immediately to ensure safe working conditions.
✔ Quality, Reporting & Compliance
Accurately document non-conformities and discrepancies in customer merchandise.
Comply with safety regulations, operational policies, and quality standards.
✔ Operational Support
Perform loading and offloading tasks efficiently and safely.
Follow work allocations provided by Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers.
Execute tasks with precision to protect product integrity and maintain DHL’s reputation for excellence.
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) with English and Mathematics OR Mathematical Literacy (Essential)
South African Citizen
Unemployed Youth between 18–29 years
BBBEE Candidate
Desirable (Advantageous):

A Forklift/Reach Truck license
