What to Expect
A 6-month probation period followed by a 3-year fixed apprenticeship contract

A “work-back” agreement ensuring industry experience and skill application
Minimum Requirements
South African Matric Certificate (with relevant technical subjects preferred)
OR N2 qualification with:
Mathematics
Engineering Science
Diesel Trade Theory
Plus one: Industrial Electronics, Engineering Drawing, or Motor Trade Theory
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer literacy and admin skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in maintenance and repair of tractors and heavy machinery
Support stock control processes
Deliver excellent customer service
Perform general mechanical and workshop duties
