About the Apprenticeship Programme
What You Will Learn
The Apprenticeship Program is a structured, accredited training path blending:
1️⃣ Formal Classroom Training
Delivered by qualified institutions and aligned with South African engineering training standards.
2️⃣ Practical, Hands-On Workshop Training
You will work with advanced machinery, tools, and engineering systems used globally in the mining and manufacturing sectors.
3️⃣ Trade Test Preparation
Upon successful completion, apprentices will undertake a trade test. Those who pass will receive an official trade certificate, opening doors to international job markets.

Fitting & Machining
A highly sought-after engineering trade, combining mechanical assembly, metal fabrication, maintenance, and precision engineering skills.
Minimum Requirements (You Must Have the Following)
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
English and Mathematics (NOT Mathematical Literacy)
A minimum of Level 3 (40%+) in both subjects
OR
✔ N3 Mechanical Certificate
