💼 What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience in Sales and/or Administration within the long-term insurance sector.
Structured theoretical training + on-the-job coaching & mentoring from industry experts.
A 12-month fixed-term contract with a monthly allowance of R5,000.
An Insurance Full Qualification (NQF Level 4) on successful completion.
Valuable skills in customer service, compliance, risk assessment, and financial management.
🔑 Learnership Highlights
During this learnership, you will:
Assist with research tasks and apply literacy & numeracy to insurance risk evaluations.
Manage personal finances and understand financial risks.
Apply legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge in real-life scenarios.
Develop selling and negotiation skills to excel in the financial services industry.
✅ Minimum Requirements
1.Grade 12 (Mathematics and/or Accounting advantageous).
2.Unemployed and not registered for any studies.
3.Available from 1 September 2025.
4.South African citizen from a previously disadvantaged or designated group.
