Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

Be the face of our store and play a vital role in creating a seamless customer experience:

💬 Deliver exceptional service in a professional, upbeat manner

💳 Accurately process payments using POS or cash register systems

💵 Handle all transaction types: cash, card, and digital payments

🧾 Count and balance the till at the start and end of your shift

📦 Package products carefully, ensuring presentation perfection

🚚 Assist with stock deliveries and inventory organization

📞 Answer calls, take phone orders clearly and efficiently

🍽️ Deliver food orders to counters, tables, or collection windows

✅ Double-check orders for accuracy, labeling, and packaging

🚿 Keep all front-of-house areas clean and presentable


📝 What You’ll Need to Apply:

✔️ A valid Matric certificate (Grade 12)

✔️ Strong English communication skills

✔️ Reside within 10 km of the job location

✔️ A clear criminal record


⭐ Preferred but Not Required:

🛍️ Previous experience in Customer Service, Front-of-House, or Cashier roles
