OUTsurance is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join its Shoprite Funeral Agent team in Burgersfort. As an OUTsurance Funeral Agent, you will represent the OUTsurance Life Department within a Shoprite environment while helping customers understand funeral insurance products and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Funeral Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving funeral insurance sales within the store.
- Engaging professionally with customers and identifying their insurance needs.
- Promoting OUTsurance funeral products and explaining product benefits clearly.
- Working toward daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Providing professional and reliable customer service.
- Supporting and training Money Market staff on the relevant insurance product.
- Training staff on the sales system and effective selling techniques.
- Building positive customer relationships and maintaining a professional image.
- Communicating effectively with management, store employees and other stakeholders.
- Following company procedures, sales processes and compliance requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Maintaining accurate information on the relevant sales systems.
- Contributing toward the overall performance of the OUTsurance Life Department.
