Option 1: N2 Qualification
(All 4 Subjects)
Option 2: NCV Qualification
NCV Engineering & Related Design
Minimum 40% in all subjects
Option 3: Grade 12
Mathematics
Physical Science
Engineering Drawings / Engineering Graphic Design
Relevant Trade Theory
Minimum 40% in all subjects

Medically fit for mining environment
Clear criminal & security screening
Valid driverβs licence (if applicable)
Willingness to work shifts and in high-risk industrial areas

Prior experience in engineering, mining, or technical environments
Strong interest in electrical systems and heavy machinery
Basic computer literacy

Programme Delivery
Complete all learnership modules within deadlines
Understand and execute all development objectives
Escalate challenges affecting training progress
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Follow all mine safety regulations and procedures
Wear prescribed PPE at all times
Participate in risk assessments and SHE meetings
Maintain zero-harm workplace standards
Reporting & Communication
Submit progress and development reports
Report operational risks and training obstacles
Communicate recommendations and ideas
Team & Stakeholder Relations
Maintain professional relationships
Support team members
Engage relevant departments to understand operations
Culture & ESG Compliance
