YOUR GAMEPLAN – WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your daily playbook will include the following key moves:
Deliver top-tier adidas customer service with every interaction – online, in-store, or at the door.
Process transactions smoothly and accurately across all payment types.
Support with ticketing, stock receiving, and reconciling paperwork.
Assist with replenishing the sales floor from the stockroom when needed.
Help bring the adidas visual story to life through merchandising and display support.
Get hands-on with our Point-of-Sale system – know it like the back of your hand.
Elevate customer experiences with smart selling strategies, technical product knowledge, and personal styling advice.
Be the friendly face welcoming customers into the store – especially during busy hours.
Keep the space looking sharp and organized – because first impressions matter.
Ensure adidas assets and merchandise are safeguarded at all times.
