✅ Minimum Requirements
1.South African citizen, aged 18–35 years
2.Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certificate
3.Completed 3-year qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Honours) in one of the following:
4.Commerce / Accounting
5.Information Technology
6.Clinical Medical Associate
7.Bachelor of Nursing Science (BCur)
8.Fluent in English (other South African languages advantageous)
9.Presentable, professional image with excellent communication and time management skills
10.Not currently employed or participating in another internship
11.Computer literate and able to perform under pressure
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Gain exposure to medical aid correspondence, claims assessment, and member subscriptions
Assist in underwriting, clinical administration, and new member onboarding
Participate in formative and summative assessments to track your growth
Support various core business units with day-to-day operations
Represent PPSHA as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service
