🔧 Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Diesel Mechanic, you will:
Utilize every training opportunity to expand your technical knowledge in the diesel mechanic trade.
Carry out vehicle servicing, fault diagnostics, and repairs under the supervision of qualified Diesel Mechanics.
Work as an understudy and gain practical experience in engine systems, brakes, transmissions, and hydraulics.
Assist in maintaining workshop efficiency, safety, and quality control standards.
Attend technical college courses and complete all required tests and trade examinations successfully.
Support senior mechanics with preventive maintenance and customer service excellence.
Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workshop.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this diesel mechanic apprenticeship, candidates must have:
N1 certificate or higher with the following required subjects:
Mathematics
Engineering Science
Diesel Trade Theory
Additional academic achievements or relevant workshop experience will be advantageous.
