Lindsay Saker Audi Bryanston, in partnership with Motus Technical Training Academy (MTTA), is offering an Accredited Competency Based Modular Training (CBMT) Apprenticeship. This exciting opportunity blends on-the-job training (OJT) with theoretical classroom instruction, supervised by expert and qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanics.

📘 Training Program Structure
Duration: 4-Year Apprenticeship (Levels 1 – 4)
Training:
5 days every 5 weeks at MTTA (theoretical training)
Distance Learning via CDX: Interactive tutorials, demos, quizzes & exercises
Computer-based testing & examinations
Practical competency testing with portfolio of evidence submission
Workplace Experience:
On-the-job training at Lindsay Saker Audi Bryanston
Work alongside qualified technicians to service, maintain & repair vehicles
MIBCO minimum apprentice wages apply
🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Entry Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following:
–Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Physical Science
–OR N2 Certificate with Mathematics, Engineering Science & English (50% pass minimum required)
–Valid Driver’s License (essential)
–Computer Literacy
–Must pass:
-Mechanical Insight Test
-Background Checks & Medical Fitness Assessment
-Psychometric Testing & Face-to-Face Interview
