Lindsay Saker VW Alberton, in partnership with Motus Technical Training Academy (MTTA), is offering motivated individuals the chance to join our Accredited Competency-Based Modular Training (CBMT) Apprenticeship Programme.
This exciting opportunity combines hands-on training, classroom learning, and real workshop experience under the guidance of qualified Volkswagen motor vehicle technicians.
📘 Programme Details
Duration: 4-year CBMT Contract (Levels 1 – 4)
Training: 5 days every 5 weeks at MTTA + online CDX distance learning
Learning Methods:
Computer-based testing & examinations
Practical competency assessments
On-the-job training at Lindsay Saker VW Alberton Service Department
Remuneration: MIBCO minimum apprentice wages apply
Development: Build your portfolio of evidence with guidance from expert technicians

✅ Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science OR
N2 Certificate with Mathematics, Engineering Science, and English (minimum 50%)
Valid Driver’s License
Computer literacy (essential for online training modules)
Successful completion of a Mechanical Insight Test
Ability to pass background checks and a medical assessment
Willingness to undergo a psychometric assessment and interview process
