🔧 Job Purpose
As an Apprentice, you’ll assist in delivering technical and diagnostic services while learning from highly skilled technicians. You will complete tasks accurately, timeously, and in line with Kia’s world-class standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Apply known solutions to technical and operational challenges, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
Achieve agreed performance targets and adhere to service-level agreements.
Report on daily activities to support data-driven decision-making.
Work within strict compliance and governance frameworks.
Prevent financial losses by performing tasks with precision.
Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Participate in structured training initiatives and continuous skills development.
Support senior technicians to enhance learning and technical exposure.
Follow the logbook and training programme to ensure full qualification progress.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
National Senior Certificate with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science.
OR Higher Certificate / Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate (NQF Level 4).
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment (advantageous).
Valid South African Driver’s License.
