π What is a Learnership?
A Learnership combines:
π Theoretical Training β classroom/online learning in insurance & financial services.
πΌ Practical Workplace Experience β real-world exposure at Momentum Corporate.
This program gives you an INSETA-recognised qualification while earning a monthly stipend for 12 months.
β Minimum Requirements
Age: 18 β 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2026).
Matric Certificate with:
English (compulsory)
Maths (Pure/Maths Literacy) OR Accounting
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Never enrolled in another learnership before.
Must attach certified ID and Matric results with your application.

Internal Processes:
Handle client service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate documentation and information.
Ensure compliance with legislative and company requirements.
Client Engagement:
Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed client expectations.
