Position Title: Internship – Human Resources
Organization: African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD)
Location: South Africa (AUDA-NEPAD offices)
Duration: 3 months (1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026)

Allowance: US$500 monthly stipend
🎯 Expected Deliverables
As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the AUDA-NEPAD HR team in delivering high-quality HR services. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining clean and updated recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits documentation.
Preparing and submitting weekly progress reports and a final internship report.
Assisting in management reporting with accurate HR data.
Delivering an end-of-internship presentation summarising your key tasks, learning outcomes, and professional recommendations.
✅ Required Qualifications
To be considered, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP or other HRIS systems.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver error-free work.
High level of diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
