Minimum Requirements
✅ Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (minimum 50% in each)
✅ N2 Certificate from a TVET/FET College with:
Mathematics
Diesel Trade Theory
Engineering Drawings
Engineering Science
✅ Mechanical aptitude and passion for heavy machinery
✅ Previous vehicle maintenance experience (advantageous)
✅ Willingness to commit to a 4-year theoretical & practical programme
✅ Ability to travel to various sites across South Africa
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist qualified Artisans with mechanical repairs, servicing, and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment
Participate in field breakdown repairs and workshop activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
Follow instructions from Team Leaders and support daily operations
Develop technical expertise in diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical issues
