📌 About the Role

You will partner with the Planner to strategically manage inventory flow, optimise product availability, and maximise sales opportunities across multiple store channels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Channel Plans
Create cross-channel stock plans based on centralised grading parameters and business critical paths.
Ensure new store launches are stocked to plan according to location briefs.
Perform post-seasonal product analysis by size, store, and category to identify trends and exceptions.
Keep the On the Dot parameter tool updated to ensure accurate stock allocation and maximum sales output.
- Allocation Management
Prioritise product allocations based on sales performance, new launches, and forecasted intake.
Monitor store performance against targets and adjust allocations in real time.
Maintain and update sizing ratios in RMS and relevant allocation tools.
Build size profiles for each product to optimise stock flow and reduce overstock/understock issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse sales and store performance data to support strategic retail decisions.
Present detailed grade analysis to the planning team for immediate action.
Resolve in-season exceptions such as availability issues and size imbalances.
Assist stores in troubleshooting stock-related queries efficiently.
✅ Minimum Requirements
1.Relevant retail or business qualification.
2.Minimum 2 years’ retail experience (FMCG, fashion, or supply chain preferred).
3.Exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4.Advanced Excel & Cognos reporting experience (non-negotiable).
5.Commercial awareness with a merchant mindset.
6.Detail-oriented with strong planning and organisational skills.
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in independent decision-making.
