Ensure daily production and packing targets are met on time.
Maintain product quality in every stage of the production line.
Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping standards.
Conduct planned maintenance and assist with equipment operation.
Handle crate stacking, stock picking, and repacking damaged goods.
Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and documentation.
Support the team by ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance at all times.

Ability to operate and maintain packing equipment & scales.
Strong numerical and documentation accuracy.
Knowledge of FMCG production processes & quality control.

📚 Minimum Requirements
✅ Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
✅ 1–2 years’ FMCG industry experience (bakery/production preferred)
✅ Ability to work in a factory environment (hot, noisy, maize dust).
✅ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
