Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Matric with:
- Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)
- Physical Science
- English
- Minimum 40% pass in all subjects
OR
- N2 or higher qualification with subjects relevant to the Millwright trade, including:
- Electrical Trade Theory, Electrotechnology, or Electrotechnics
- Fitting Trade Theory
- Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
Required Documents

- Updated CV
- Certified copies of all relevant qualifications
- Copy of South African ID
- Proof of residence for applicants from host communities, stamped by the relevant tribal office or municipality
