Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate repair details clearly.
Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and professional standards.
Attend Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) training and certification courses.
Complete all job cards and documentation accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and precise repairs.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Physical Science
N2 Certificate in:
Engineering Science
Motor Trade Theory
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Passion for automotive engineering and Mercedes-Benz technology
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
