⚙️ Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless production operations by:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery.
Monitoring machine performance and product quality to meet RCL standards.
Adjusting machine components, tension, and pressure for optimal operation.
Performing fine tuning and machine changeovers.
Identifying and reporting any malfunctions or mechanical issues promptly.
Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness through CIP (Cleaning in Place).
Performing quality checks—inspecting, weighing, and adjusting product output.
Regulating machine speed and product flow.
Handling packaging, labeling, and waste management in compliance with safety standards.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and product consistency.
Managing inventory rotation (FIFO), cycle counting, and accurate recordkeeping.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
Computer literate – proficiency in data capturing and machine logs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Logical thinker with problem-solving ability
Excellent time management and punctuality
Strong commitment to Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards
Knowledge of manufacturing and product handling processes is advantageous
